Green Day - watercolours.
acterally this was a unfinished painting but then i had to reck by putting pressure on the painting when it wasnt completaly dried. Ah well

thanks - the colours i use was three diffterant shades of every colour. three greens, three blues etc. allso i had more range of colours becouse i choses to do this in watercolour penceils. i chose the penicels over the normal brush becouse of more contral. and yeah thats about it. thanks

You´re welcome! Well, I find it difficult to control watercolours which is why I still do most of my portraits with pencils. I guess watercolour pencils would help me to learn this technique.

Yeah they (watercoloured pencils) will certain help. Personally im really bad with brushs but i have a good sences of colours i just dont have the skill/knoweage - same with greyleads. im a begainer lol :/ :roll: :whip: :whip: :angel: :grin:

I also think that I suck at painting and I still haven't been motivated enough to learn it...lol. However, I'm sure that it's mostly a matter of practice and a bit of talent. :ok: :wink: :wink: :wink: :grin: :hi:

Me too. I think it's quite normal that an artist has to discover his favourite technique and medium. I tried out acryllics 1 or 2 times and didn't enjoyed it much. I would have to learn how to mix colours, etc. but I'm seemingly not very interested in it :sweat: :grin: I like that watercolours can look both opaque and transparent. I think that one can do very interesting pictures with them :ok: :roll: :cute:
