Excellent first drawing, can't wait to see your Oil painting. Ok use a little more light and dark in your work, say a little backgound, here on the left behind the head to bring out the hair and to give depth. Nice gaze on the eyes the glove is a little more distracting than useful, it does make the lower face better. With the use of dark in the background the piece between the lower neck and glove woul;d have been easier. Saying all that I like the drawing it is excellent and a great start. Welcome.
